About Ruby James
Born in Los Angeles and shaped by a musical journey that’s taken her through Orlando, Austin, and New Orleans, Ruby James has long followed the call of the road. Now splitting her time between Nashville and Door County, Wisconsin, the rock and soul singer blends blues grit, classic rock swagger, and Southern mysticism into a sound that feels both road-worn and electrifying. Her upcoming album Call It Rock & Roll, arriving August 7 on Mule Kick Records, finds James fully stepping into her power.
